I have taken my console/glove box area apart for cleaning once before and it almost time to do it again.
I remember it wasn't hard to clean the vents in the center console. Matter of fact you can disassemble the vents from the directional flows (the parts that you see that move up and down.left and right.) I wouldn't think it would be hard to install small filters there. Like it was said just grab some filters from home depot and cut to fit. For easy riging. But the two outer vents on the driver & passenger sides might be a different story.
