Do a search for Zaino on this site. I think you will find that all users have nothing but the highest praise for Zaino, including myself. You can read some of my old posts if you are curious about what I have used and my results. I cannot speak to Zaino's ability on dark paint though. I am not a 'detailing nut,' but have become quite fanatical about my Tundra 
I have not used meguiars, but my brother in law has. IMO, the Zaino is remarkably better over time. However, this could be because he has a two year old and a newbie and I am still a bachelor, but hey, Big Daddy's got different priorities now and both are still in diapers  )!
