I've been in the Fargo/ Detroit Lakes area for the holiday and they got around five inches and some drifting. There were a few people in the median on I-29 and I-94 yesterday morning. Surface streets were a different story. Saw one female teen drive right over the median from a left turn lane (turned too soon
) and a 3/4 ton late model chevy 4x4 come around a corner in a four wheel drift, throttle on and hit the opposite curb. Broke the left rear rim flange and deflated the tire
. Street intersections very slick until they got sand down. Heading back home to the TC metro today in clear weather.
