2 good places for the brake controller:
1. In the recess in the dash on the right side of the steering column. My Prodigy fits well there and is easily accessible.
2. Remove the ashtray and put it there. I tried that but like #1 better.
BTW, don't get a cheap controller. The Prodigy is well regarded and well worth the $100. I had a Voyager that my dealer really liked and it was cavemanish compared to the Prodigy. Get the model specific wiring harness and it is a plug and play install.
The only good solution for tow mirrors is McKesh. That's what I have. I was going to try other stuff first to save $$$ but after reading hundreds of posts on folks who already did that and ended up with the McKesh, I went with those. Get the dual convex kind.
