I have the MCKESH mirrors too and the convex mirrors
are not an option.
THEY ARE A MUST!!!!! 
They virtually eliminate (almost)all blind spots(nothing is ever absolute). I've never felt safer towing than when I first put these on.
I dont think they look that bad, but who cares what they look like. Saftey is the issue here. you can always remove them when you reach your destination if your worried about looks like some other people.

DO NOT VIBRATE when installed properly.
I bought a few sets of the cheapies at first and regret it now. YA I saved alot of money
. Should have bought these first as i was warned to do, but I had to learn my lesson the hard way.
