Hopefully it's not a leaky head gasket that partially fills one cylinder with antifreeze. I had a turbo 4cyl that did that every 80k miles, letting me know it needed a head gasket. But it had a aluminum head on a cast iron block. A sealer pill added to the radiator would prolong the replacement procedure. Pulling the spark plugs when it was rapping showed AF on one of the plugs.
