Sorry it's taken me a little time to get back to you. The part numbers for the Bilstein HD shocks to fit a stock 93 Toyota pickup 4wd are:

For the fronts:

RCDB461139 (times 2 obviously)

For the rears:

RCDB461140 (again, times 2 obviously).

These are Bilstein HD shocks as I mentioned above. Some places may also refer to them as the Bilstein 4100's.

These shocks will fit a stock 86-89 2wd or 4wd 4runner, and a stock 86-95 Pickup.

One thing I do want to mention - make sure your springs are in top shape. I suggest if you have any rear spring sag on your truck to replace the springs, and crank the torsion bars down so the front end comes down a little so you get a little more articulation and comfort up front. This will let your truck ride more level, it will look better in this regard, and it will really let the shocks work for you and work with the Springs a bit better. My opinion based on my expierience. I have an extra leaf spring in the back of my truck and I had the torsion bars cranked down from the previous owner. It made a good improvement in the handling. Then adding the Bilstein's made an even better improvement. It's still a truck - but you do notice the improvement.
