Yeah, mine didn't have any tire wear problems beforehand, then the left LBJ all of a sudden broke free, falling with a bang to the pavement. No warning except for tightness/binding in the steering a few days ahead of the LBJ failure!
Realignment done after ball joint replacement, all paid for by Toyota Motor Corp.
