I own Paint Majic of New Mexico (
www.projectpaint.com) and I do this kind of stuff every day. If you have a bump thats good, use a sanding block (or something FLAT) with wet or dry 2000 grit sand paper. Use a water bottle or spray bottle to keep the area WET! You must keep it REALLY wet in order to not burn (sand through) the clear. Lightly sand it in a circle pattern while keeping it wet with water, it should not take very much sanding, just enough to flush the bump. After that get some med. cutting AND polish compound and buff it shinny (by hand or buffer). Thats it! Good as new.
