Rhino lining may be softer, but it grips better and is less likely to scratch the items I have in the bed of the truck. So it comes down to what you want scratched first your bed liner or the stuff your carrying. Usually most of the stuff I haul in the back of a pickup truck I usually don't care if it gets scratched, but when I haul furniture, appliances, and scuba tanks, I'd rather have a liner that grips better and less likely to scatch.

Oh, and Rhino lining does have a nation wide warranty.
