The warranty is not nationwide. The dealers are nice on the phone. Show up at their shop with a major problem and ask if they will fix it for free and the story will likely change. Most likely they would tell you to take it back to the dealer that sprayed it.

You should realize that I'm in this business and I hear all sorts of stories. I average about one problematic Rhino'd truck at MY shop per month. We do not repair Rhino. Occasionally, these Rhino customers will request that we strip it out and install LINE-X.

Here's one that we did strip out, we snapped a few pics first. (The liner is partially wet.)
