MP3 Player help please
I just purchased a 2007 Yaris Sedan last Friday. I bought an adaptor cord at Radio Shack to plug in my iPod and the stereo display changes to AUX and the music plays through the stereo but I can't control the iPod through the stereo. I can only change songs, playlists etc. through the iPod. The cord is only 12" long so I have to reach down to find the iPod in the cubbyhole that it sits in (not something I want to do on Southern California freeways during rush hour). In the owner's manual it looks like you can control the MP3 player through the stereo, am I missing something here?
