I dont' think they are available right now. After 04, the 05-06 headlights, cornerlights and gauges were changed.
I just checked stylinconcepts.com and they are not available. They were the only site I found a year ago for clear corners for my 04.
Keep searching, something is bound to pop up somewhere.
