1998 4runner vibrating noise

hey guys
i was wondering if you've had this lil problem or if it's a new thing... i hear and feel vibrations from under the truck by the transmission bay when i put my truck on P.and on D and R with the brake pressed on. it goes away when i hit the gas. need advise knowledge opinions or anything that could help asap. thank you

It happened to me once on my 97 4Runner, the vibration and noise bugged me for two weeks, than i found that the cable wire holding up the spare tire under the truck is loosed, the noise is coming from the tire rubbing under the truck.
