Default Thinking of buying this lifted '00 4Runner

hi all,
I am thinking of buying this lifted, 2000 4Runner. It has 136,000 miles. 2nd local owner has put 100,000 on it. Timing belt was replaced at 93,000. It has a body and suspension lift, all new front brakes with new calipers, SS lines, rotors and pads. Rear brakes are new too. Truck has 33" Nitto tires. It also has 4.56 precision gears too. I drove it today and it runs and drives excellent. A little stiff but thats to be expected. What are some things to look for or ask the current owner? I am a little leary of buying something like this without doing the work myself. The underside of the truck is in great shape. It hasnt been abused or offroaded hard judging by how clean it is. Any info or help would be appreciated
Thanks!
