Painted body cladding final available!

Looks like what could be the best $370 option and Toyota's smartest decision is now showing up at dealers near you! I scanned a few Cali dealerships and they have a them on their lots. I am amazed that it is only $370. That is quite a bargain. I just wonder what the dealers are going to do with the ones that are not painted. I couldn't imagine that anyone would not want to pay a little more to get rid of that ugly grey plastic. I feel sorry for those that got an SR5 with the grey plastic when it comes time for trade in. I am glad that I waited because I really did not want leather, but I could not get past the dull grey plastic.

yes it's cool that they did come out w/ the color coated option but that color coated option only applies to specific colors!

Good thing my green is not part of that option! hehe so i'm okay

Not EVERYONE dis likes the cladding.
I am in favor of it in some models.

(SPORT EDITION in silver w/ grey cladding looks awesome!)
like in the pics where its crusing MT. Everest.

But on some colors it does look pretty bad.

I am glad TOYOTA is NOT painting the sport models. I had a feeling they would only paint the SR5 models.
The sport model is all about style: hood scoop, nice bigger rims, bumber guard thing, and the bigger discs brakes.

Just saying my opinion but I wouldnt mind a SPORT in silver with the cladding.
Or a black LIMITED.
Those are my favs!
