This package begins with January production, meaning Feb/early March arrivals. It will include the following:
· Color-Keyed overfenders
· Color-Keyed Front and rear bumpers
· Color-keyed cladding
· Color-keyed REAR License plate garnish
· Fog Lamps
It is an SR5 Appearance Package, so the SR5's in both V6 and V8 (and not Sport models) will get these things as available. The colors this package is available on are:
Titanium with either stone or taupe cloth
Galactic Gray with either stone or taupe cloth
Black with either stone or taupe cloth
Dorado Gold with taupe cloth
Stratosphere Mica with either stone or taupe cloth
I have had a few in here -- silvers and golds, mostly.

I'm glad that Toyota is at least offering it in some colors. I'm surprised, though, that they don't offer it with Pacific Blue Metallic. The Limiteds in that color are really beautiful.
Frankly, I'm trying not to get too worked up over the matching cladding until I see it in our area here. I suspect those weasels at Gulf States Toyota will add some $900 can of wax as a port option to all SR5's with the AP package. I've been waiting to buy a 4Runner until the matching cladding is available. If Gulf States does something stupid like that, I'm just gonna say screw the 4Runner and go buy something else. There's too many other competing vehicles available.

I guess they want the Limiteds to say better looking for 40k they better do something to make them different
There are also the white Limiteds coming in later Spring. They will have the option of having either tan or gray leather (sigh, finally, a white Limited 4Runner with GRAY leather!) ... am taking orders like crazy on these!!!

What about the two tone paint jobs the 4Runners use to have, the 3rd Gen 4Runners in 2 tone where the only vehicle I ever liked enough that I would have bought one, their are afew that have the gold fender flares and bumpers, looks awesone.

Is Toyota ever gonna do something like that again

Sorry maybe I did not explain what I really meant, I took for granted you would know what I was talking about since you have probably sold them
I don't know what model years they where but am certain they are 3rd Gen 4Runners, several guys have them in my area, a few of the trucks I have seen are White with Silver Fenders and bumpers and I've seen a few in Red with the Gold Fenders and bumpers, I've also seen a few that looked to be two different Silvers, darker silver on the Fenders an Bumper.
Several members on this board and other boards have the 4Runners with the 2 different paints, why I said 2 tone.
I don't mean the unpainted plastic or the one color mono tone 4Runners
Edge, I know what you're talking about. I recently looked at a 1999 Limited that was green with the tan overfenders and lower trim. It's a good look on the 3rd gen's, but I don't know how well it would look on the 4th gens (mainly due to the shape of the overfenders).
Dianne, I'm sure you're just waiting for the day when the gray cladding is no longer even offered, and we all start complaining about it. Thumbs up to Toyota for making this quick change in marketing strategy.
My favorite color which I'm looking for on a 2003 4runner is red, but it is not available with the color match cladding. Also the limited 4Runner is not available in red. :-(
I have to go with my 2nd choice of color which is the Titanium silver.
I have a Galactic Grey Sport Edition that I had a private painter modify for me. They painted all the grey cladding to match the regular paint perfectly. I loved both the sport and the limited, but by adding leather and color keying the fenders I still came in way under the limited pricing and got the XREAS and Hood Scoop!
Check out the pics in my gallery. I think Toyota is making a mistake by not offerring the color keying to the sport's.
