I bought them but don't think they are going to work unless I eliminate the 1st set of cats... They don’t' just bolt up...

Ok so there is NO WAY the headers from Doug T will fit the 4.7 4Runners, however the URD Y pipe (4x 4Tacoma vs) will fit with about 4 cuts and some welding!!!! I have an 08 4Runner... DONE with the V6 TRD Exhaust and this URD Pipe.

Nice job on the Y pipe.

Could you tell me how and where you modified the v6 y pipe to get it to fit the V8?

Is that the FJ or the Tacoma Y pipe?

I shortened the pipe by 3 inches or so and shortened and changed the angles at both flanges. I think the FJ Y pipe would have been easier to modify? But it was back ordered and I wanted to get this done ASAP! with the TRD exhaust (4runner v6 version) and your Taco 4x4 pipe the V8 sounds AMAZING!!! great piece I would have liked to have used a TIG welder on this Stainless Steel Piece but the MIG worked just fine.
