Default Questions on 07 4 Runner purchase

We recently decided to buy another 4 runner and keep our 99. It has been great. No need to sell it. I worked up what I think is a good price on a 07 SR5 with 24547 miles, certified Toyota at a big dealership. It has leather, power seats, sunroof, JBL 6 disk changer, many other options. I am getting it for 22K, but then buying the flip down DVD entertainment system and having it installed at the dealership for an additional 1100 dollars. MSRP on the truck was 34979 new. It was sold at this dealership originally, and all maintenance was done here. Very very clean with no scratches, dents or stains. Is this a decent deal? I have been away from buying and keeping up with the prices of vehicles for several years now and have lost touch with the market. Also, how good is the DVD that Toyota sells in their accessory catalog? That is where this one is coming from MSRP of 1725.

I usually do not air out my financial stuff on the WWWEB, but am kind of desperate to make sure that I am not making a huge mistake.
Thanks.

That really seems like a good price. It's kind of high mileage for a '07 but seems to be priced well. It still has the remainder of the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty and whatever Southeast Toyota adds for "Certified". If everything is as you described, I would not worry at all. Sounds good!

I personally have never been much for after-factory accessories. Southeast Toyota Dealers are famous for that. They over accessorize with items that are not Toyota...just "Toyota Authorized" Have you seen a 4Runner with that particular DVD unit installed? I would at least like to see that before spending that kind of money.

So I would feel comfortable with the purchase of the 4Runner if it is like you have stated, but would want more information on the "Toyota Authorized" DVD unit.

This is pretty much just my opinion...not sure if this helps much at all.
