TIC help

Hi, since this forum does no longer support availability of TBS for subscribers, the only other place to get those manuals is TIS. But my problem is that I'm a Canadian so by the explanation from them I'm not able to subscribe there to get what I want. The only reply I get from them is this:

At this time we are unable to accept subscriptions from Canadian customers. The site you are requesting to subscribe to is operated by Toyota Motor Sales, USA and contains content applicable to most North American specification vehicles, but not all information is applicable to all vehicles available for sale in Canada. Also, Toyota Canada Incorporated retains all rights to the sales of vehicles, parts and support materials for vehicles sold in Canada. "

So I wonder how could I get into their site ? I was thinking to find somebody who can sign up and I will send the amount over paypal to the person or if somebody does have a longer membership there it would be not a problem to pay my part of that so I can get my TBS.

The bad thing is if I knew that this forum will delete those , i would download them before and keep em safe somewhere.
