Swapping an 03 JBL HU for an 07 JBL HU

Can i do this without swapping amps? Seems a lot of people have been swapping from single disc to 6 disc from later years without problem, but I want to get a satellite bluetooth HU in my 4runner. Something like this: CLICK.

After looking some more, it seems that the HU is completely different form/fit and will not work...does anyone have a part number for an 05/06 satellie ready HU?

Nevermind...I just learned about USA Spec...getting one today...
