96 LTD- diff, exhaust, susp. questions

Hey all, can someone give me the link to the blue/red diff lock mod write up for the 4runners? I can find the grey wire mod everywhere but the 4runners are different.

Next, with the back window down the turbulence causes the exhaust smell to come in the back window...anyone play with exhaust tailpipe relocation/modifications to eliminate this? Or does the rear window deflector help this situation?

Last one: Anyone do the 1" body lift on one of these units with success? I plan on the Toytec 3 inch spacer lift with coils in the rear then airbags. Just thought the 1" lift would help with tire fit on top of the lift. What size of tire max seems to work without too much trouble? Current size is 265/75R16, will 285's fit?
