2005 Tacoma-Swap 2005 4Runner

So I have called multiple dealships and alot more off road shops and no one seems to know what the hell they are talking about!!!!!

All i need to know is..... Can you Swap The front coil-overs off a 2005 Tacoma to a 2005 4Runner Sport Edition 4x4....?????

Now some people have said yes the bolt pattern is the same, and some people have so no its way diff....

Please give me your thoughts...
