Titan Wheels on a 06 4Runner?

i was curious if my titan wheels would fit on my dad's 06 4runner, i believe the bolt pattern is the ame, i know mine is a 6 on 5.5, i think the 4runner has the same bolt pattern, but i'm not sure of the offset of either wheels. the tire size on mine is 265-70-18, if the wheel does fit, will i have any clearance issues de to the larger tires? thanks.

If the bolt pattern is the same then you need to also make sure the center hole is big enough. The Toyota hub is pretty large and most 6 on 5.5s won't fit. The next concern is clearing the calipers. 18" wheels should be ok, but you can't be sure until you try them. There are a lot of details, but the only real way to know is to test fit one. Since it is your fathers truck it shouldn't be a big deal. Just an hour or so of your day. Make sure you test it on the front. put them on and turn them by hand then lower the 4runner and turn it left and right to make sure it doesn't touch then take it for a test drive. Once all that is done post your results.
