Engine swap

Can the 5.7 replace the 4.7? Is it the same trans either way?Just how much bigger is the block of a 5.7 compaired to the 4.7?What would have to be changed as far as the computer electronics?Now the biggest question, could I stuff a 5.7 into the engine compartment of a 07 4Runner????
