I have found a TRD s/c for the 4.0 tacos and one for the 4.0 fj's, but not the 4-Runners...what's up with that?!?

I see no reason why a s/c for a 4.0L Tacoma wouldnt work in a 4Runner. Same engine, same chassis...

I agree with u whole heartedly "but" why would toyo allow it to fit but not say it fits.
somthing is fishy there... i really would like to know what's up? i guess i need to email trd or urd they did the same thing

called TRD yesterday and there is not enough demand to offer it for a 4runner...
trd did say a toyo tech may could get one for a taco to work but not for me to try it...

Well.....were you expecting to not pay for it? I dont understand.....you want one for a 4runner....if it doesnt wrok, package it up and send it back...

urd talked to me in a different thread... they said that they should be coming out with one for the 4runner in the future

Our one supercharger system for the 4Runner is nearing completion.

We did do some conversion kits for a South American government that aquired a fleet of armored up 4Runners and wanted to run the TRD supercharger in them to compensate for the weight. If you don't want to wait for ours we can fix you up with a way to get the TRD to run properly in your truck.

FYI, Dastek dynos and sales adds always quotes a guesstimated crank HP and not the wheel HP. That is why that number is unusually high. Just keep that in mind.
