Default Coolant leaking from head

Where the heck is this coolant coming from? Did the plug fall out of a head freeze plug hole? Looking at the engine from the front, the hole is to the immediate left of the thermostat housing.
The vehicle is a 1998 Toyota 4Runner with the 5VZ-FE 3.4l 24v V6.
Thanks
Graeme

I would guess the water pump is leaking, it's right behind there.

I would also guess water pump. How old is the timing belt? They should both be replaced at the same time.

waterpump. the thermostat housing and waterpump is all in one piece. timing belt needs to come off for the waterpump to be removed.
