Found the broken metal band for the tailpipe tip (Valor) on my garage floor. Tip was still on but nothing more than "sitting" on the pipe,it pulled off with no effort!
Had an extra clamp so I put it on.....fixed. Next day while washing 4R, sunroof deflector is gone
called my sales-rep, great responce,she has a new manager so we'll 'conference call' about it today.Really don't want to run to Harrisburg during the week so it's either they mail me one or I go local and get it replaced.Probably just a fluke but you all may want to check your port and dealer-installed stuff.

Said he's heard about alot of "mishaps" lately by the installers.I'll hear from Marianne (sales-rep) in a day or two,told her I'd like them to mail me the sunshade and I'll put it on myself. We'll see!
