Intermittent Wiper Problem
A friend has a 2004 4Runner which recently developed a wiper problem. When he selects an intermittent setting he gets a slow speed continuous wiper action and when he turns the wipers off, they stop where ever they are and do not park. Has anyone had a similar problem and if so, what was the cause and the fix? Thanks in advance for any help.
