2003 4runner Transmission Problems?

Hello All,

I have a loud whining noise that seems to be coming from my transmission when on the highway. It's really noticeable when driving 75mph and you accelerate a bit and it gets louder as your accelerating. Seems to go hand and hand with the accelerator. I just had everything greased and the diffs fluid replaced along with the [COLOR=black ! important][COLOR=black ! important]transmission [COLOR=black ! important]fluid[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR]. They did not replace the trans filter. I'm getting kinda nervous that it might be the transmission going, I hope not! It has 107,000 miles on it

Any help would be great!

I would keep my fingers crossed that it was a wheel bearing.
