bumper tail lights

Had anybody put light on the rear bumper of the 2004 4runner?

I went under the bumper I saw that those are regular tail light without the wiring harness.

I helped a friend use those lights so that he could tow his 4 runner behind his RV and not have to hassle with external lights. It worked out pretty good. We ran a wire from a connector in the front to the lights in the rear.
