Thumbs up 05' V8 & Magnaflow 15781 Catback

FYI
Recently purchased this system for my 05' V8.
It was supposed to be installed using existing hangers etc.
The hanger on the Intermediate Pipe did not line-up w/ the existing hanger on my 4Runner.
Fortunately I'm about 15 minutes away from the Magnaflow offices here in Cal. I made an appt w/ their R&D people, they treated me great, did the necessary mod on the intermediate pipe and installed the system while I waited. It sounds GREAT.
Magnaflow has made note of this change on the 05' V8.
I would recommend Magnaflow to anyone looking to change their OE exhaust.
Jack

Did You Replace the whole exhaust system?
What was the price to do that?

Default 05' V8 & Magnaflow 15781

It's a cat-back system.
Visit the magnaflow website, it gives details.
I purchased thru performance peddler, paid $375 delivered. Great Price... BTW
Posted on another website and found another interested in purchasing.
Together we negotiated the price, it should still be available at the same price.
Try doing a search on toyota-4runner dot org.....More specific info there.
I'll see if I can change my user cp and you can send an email thru the ts system.

Default do they make the magnaflow catback for a 2004 V6?

I'm pretty sure that it fits the V6.
They have an employee with it on his V6..
Call Jim in their (Magnaflow) Tech Service Dept.
He can confirm this.
Number is on the website.
