Ain't no such beast as a "fuel ratio sensor". The P1155 code is diagnostic of a problem with the A/F sensor (air / fuel ratio sensor). The A/F sensors are fancier beasts than the old O2 sensors, but they fulfill the same mission -- the computer uses them to monitor the emissions before the catalytic converter, and trim the amount of fuel being injected to get close to the optimal A / F ratio for best emissions performance.
I'd ask the dealer what their price for the part is, but the NGK part on sparkplugs.com is listed as OEM equivalent, so it should work without any particular fuss.
