I just found the beginning of the thread and read some of the details of the clutch problems...no need to respond to my previous post.

I haven't found any persistent pattern to my clutch chatter problem. It is generally evident after it has sat a few days, but not always. It seems to come and go randomly, but when it does occur, it is extremely violent. I now have about 9,400 miles on the truck and the problem continues to get worse. Toyota still has not "been able to satisfactorily demonstrate any abnormal clutch judder/chatter" and doesn't seem interested in helping. Does anybody have any ideas of how I might be able to demonstrate this to them?
