Don't know if the 17s are the culprit, but should be getting better gas mileage I think. We are looking to get rid of the van now----the main reason we sold our Supercharged Double-Cab Tundra and our Landcruiser was bad gas mileage---they were getting 12-13 around town, and 15-16 highway----looks like the van is the same---
