Forgot to mention all that----2006 Toyota Sienna XLE FWD with 17 inch tires,550 miles. It Has averaged 11-13 mpg around town, and this last tank with 75% highway has averaged 14.5. Toyota checked it all out----I trust their tech, he did phenomenal work on our Tundra--- and reports no problems with the computer diagnostics. They find no problems with it, so I'm stuck with a van that I traded my 2004 Supercharged Tundra Double-Cab for!!!
I am now looking for a "legal" way to get rid of the van. Going to look at completely different options.
