Toyota checked it all out----I trust their tech, he did phenomenal work on our Tundra--- and reports no problems with the computer diagnostics. They find no problems with it, so I'm stuck with a van that I traded my 2004 Supercharged Tundra Double-Cab for!!! I am now looking for a "legal" way to get rid of the van. Going to look at completely different options.
That doesn't sound good. Something doesn't seemright. But with only 550 miles you have only had 2 or 3 tankfulls. Maybe it will improve as it breaks in. I would do two quick oil changes. One at 1k to remove any filings and another at 3k over to synthetic. That may make a difference.

Did they check the brakes? Maybe the e-brake is sticking? Just trying to brainstorm for possibilities.
