If you are referring to an '06 Corolla, then you will see that the end of the harness IS a plug for a 9006 bulb.

If you haven't already, I invite you to lay down under the front end and reach up to grab the end of the harness located exactly where you would expect it to be, and pull it down.
It might be tied up out of the way, I can't remember now.
All that is needed under the car are the lamp assemblies themselves.
Take care in plugging them in all the way into the body opening, so they don't rattle out on you when you go out on the highway.
There isn't any need to do any rewiring because the factory harness is already set for the factory style fogs.
It really is almost too easy.
