Default Re: 2000 Tundra - considering- priced too high?

Thanks for the replies. Well, I really would not be ever towing anything and I am sure that the V6 would be sufficient. I tested a 06' Tundra regular cab, with the V6, automatic and found the power to be adequate for me. The truck I tested had some sort of squeak (brakes/seat or something), so I passed on it. It was the only regular cab they had. I remembered later that my mothers ex-sister-in-laws husband works at one of the local dealerships and he said he could get me that same truck $19,400, with the $3000 rebate, making it $16,400 and in the color I wanted, but they may have to get it sent in from another dealer. I really like it, but I like the looks of the 2000 SR5 V8 ext cab and for about what- $4000-$6000 less? I looked at it today and it appears to have been extremely well cared for. It has 116K, but it looks like new.

He also has a 2000 Avalon XLS, loaded to the maximum, with 125K that he said I could get for about $8500 in EC.
