We do have friends driving Siennas getting (they swear) 20 MPG, but after careful consideration of the facts(4255 lb.s), I think we have what we have. I do wish that Toyota would have posted more accurate mileage spec.s on the window sticker, and I still believe our odometer/mileage calculations are off because; on our last trip my odometer would read 9.3 miles travelled for every ten mile-markers---if those things are accurate, then my odometer and mileage calculations are off by 7%. The XLE that we bought came with 225-60/17 tires, and the others come with 215-65/16 tires putting the mileage closer to what the mile markers would read.

jjc, That highway mileage isn't too bad. That's about what we're seeing overall. We are thinking about another vehicle for around town and just using the sienna for road trips, or when we need to carry more.
