Any how just thought I would post some "FACTUAL" information I've found of the processes that are taken in the making and formation of the Road Armor
Bumpers.
All Road Armor replacement front and rear bumpers feature a 3/16" thick solid outer shell backed up by a heavily reinforced ¼" thick internal structural sub frame.
Road Armor is built from the highest grade ASTM A36 sheet steel, engineered with a minimum yield of 36,000 PSI.
This high-grade steel presents a superior finish for powder coating that provides years of corrosion protection.
Polyester powder coat applied 4 mills thick.
Steel is Laser Cut.
Steel is formed by a 750 ton CNC press.
Phosphate surface etching and pre-heated to 400 degrees.
I'm posting this only so others know in which the order these bumpers are constructed. So ones' considering this bumper know this.

Sounds heavy??? What did you do to your front suspension to counter the weight? Did I read that right, 130lbs?
Is that wihout a winch? Isn't the ARB Sahara bar around 90lbs? What does the stock / OEM bumper weigh?
