I don't know exactly the weight, she stated no bumper has weighed more than 130 lbs. And that is for super duty's with the extra guards, and this is without a winch. I would say this is 95-110 lbs at most.

Our truck only weighs in some 5000 lbs and less on a AC cab.

So I would get a Ramsey Winch like this one:
| Ramsey Winch | 6000 lb winch: Weighs 54 lbs. with the synthetic Rope. or
| Ramsey Winch | for the Fussy who want more: a 70lb winch for 9500 lbs

For supporting this bumper and any other Heavy Duty Bumpers I would get the Donahoe Shocks with the 15% increase in the coil rate.
Bone stock shocks are rated some 650 lbs each and mine (Donahoes 2.5") are rated around 750 lbs each.

All I need to feel like a stock ride again.
