If you want to go completely stock, then you definitely have to replace the switch. If you don't have fogs, the switch you have doesn't have the fog light switch built in. And, yeah, you have to add the relay as well.

Now if you want to go completely aftermarket then you would have to find a place to mount the aftermarket rocker switch. Aftermarket will likely come with a relay that you'll have to wire in. You always want to use a relay to turn on lights as opposed to direct wiring them. The relay for the factory look just pushes in place.
