The Cost for the Navigation unit was the same as on Toyota.ca. I still have the unit that was taken out. I gave a couple of dealers in Vancouver a chance and they failed miserably. It is a very long story. To cut it short I did order a TCH at a local Dealer. 3.5 Months later no car. So I went on Edunds.com and found the same car in Nanaimo. The information was given to me by someone that tried to get a TCH in Victoria and was not treated well. So he also bought his TCH in Nanaimo. Which they had for him in a few weeks. I phoned Nanaimo the day I found out they had the one I was looking for and put a deposit down. The salesman picked me up at the Ferry the next day. I also went to a Toyoa dealer close to my house to get the drivers seat leather changed on warranty. When I picked up the car I noticed the drivers metal door sill protector had a dent and scratch. This made me mad not that they did it, but that they did not say anything. I called the service manager out and they replaced it. So now I go to Nanaimo Toyota even for an oil change. This Dealership has a lot of great people working there and they are honest, which you might say is a contradiction but it's true. I just had them install park assist and an oil change.
