This Dealership has a lot of great people working there and they are honest, which you might say is a contradiction but it's true. I just had them install park assist and an oil change.

I know what you mean, I first went to Downtown Toyota and wasn't treated well. They seem to not want to sell me a car. Anyway, I reluctantly tried Regency and was treated awesome. Faheem, the sales manager, is an awesome guy to deal with, and he was able to get me my TCH in just under 3 weeks! I've had my TCH for just over a month and love it! Which local dealerships did you go to?
You go to Nanaimo even for an oil change? How much do they charge? Do they have both 0W20 and 5W20 (in synthetic and regular)? How many hybrid technicians does Nanaimo have?
Obviously you got the door sill protector, and park assist, any other accessories? And the Nav - I want one but don't want to pay $3000. How are they working out for you? How much did they cost you? Is the park assist colour matched? Does the NAV display all the FE graphs and etc. Did you get a cargo mat with your purchase? I didn't but bought a Weathertech cargo
liner (very nice). Currently, I'm thinking of getting the window visors.
Last question, did you get the ECP (which plan)? If so, how much did you pay for it?
