I think the bumper looks Ok, but due to your experience and the custmer service I am not sure I would buy one. ?? Nice looking bumper though.
I think I am going to look into the ARB. It is cheaper and it has been around longer. Nothing against RoadArmour, but I am pretty big on customer service. Check out this link for ARB pricing.

The ARB is cheaper, but like you said it has a totally different look than your RoadArmour one...... Either one looks like a good option as long the cusotmer service improves.
