Hi
I live in Denmark and have a 1.4 l diesel new model (90hp/190Nm) with Eberspaecher Hydronic II-H D5Z-H Zusatsheater (german) controlled by a switch between the seats.
The heater is placed in the right side of the engine department (looking forward).
It heats the water and is a 5kw unit. It burns diesel fuel .25 l or .5 l pr. hour. The little diesel (0 to 100km/h in 10.7 sec.) is very efficient and in the winter, the heater (5kw) makes sure the cabin and engine is warm in very short time.
