Default Re: Headlight Adjustment

Okay, I think I've screwed up my headlights. I have a 2006 Avalon Limited and thought the low beams were too low. The adjustment screws are easy to get to so I raised the headlights. I got them too high so when I attempted to lower them the passanger side lowered just fine, but the driver's side will NOT go down. I took it too the dealer and they said, since they were "self adjusting" they couldn't adjust them. I took it to another shop and they said they adjusted it and it should be okay. I still get flashed at night and don't take it out after dark now because of it.
Any suggestions short of replacing the whole headlamp assembly?
