Thumbs down Re: Good Recommendation for AT tires good in snow/mud

Please DO NOT use only 2 snow tires. This is more dangerous than all 4 A/T.

One of the few A/T tires to carry the Severe Snow Duty Rating (Snowflake on a Mountain Logo) are the BFG TA ko's. Even though the BFG's are Severe Snow Duty Rated, they still are not a true winter tire, BFG achieved the rating by adding a compound to the rubber for cold weather applications.

Yokohama Geolander I/T is a good light truck Snow Tire.
