no that is msrp price, yes the aded options will be more and a prep cost wont be but a couple hundred bucks. Toyota tends to add up to 5k for market value, but if you pay that then that is your problem even with a new vehicle you should be able to get it under msrp if not then you dont knwo how to buy a new car. also I think a loaded crewmax will be more like $45, plus dealer markup maybe $5k, but even now you should be able to get one 1-2K under Msrp.
